"When you go to your site it tells you to upload something first to activate it. I went in today just to see if its the uni computers, at the access page hit request then wait for the next screen follow the link "instructions" at the bottom. If your at uni the comps already have WS-FTP just search the comp to find it quick, now go back to the instructions link scroll down till you see the step by step instructions.pdf, click it. After that if you follow it right your golden, hope that helps any one still trying to get it to work. it does work from home as well if you download the WS-FTP for home use."
